With service and preventive maintenance as our core business we have developed amongst the best trained service technicians in the industry.  We have also created and established a service infrastructure to properly support and coordinate our maintenance and service throughout ALL branches to ensure delivery of planned preventative maintenance services, timely service/repair work and installations for our Clients.   Our competitive-edge in this industry is our ability to draw from our own internal resources to serve and work with our Clients to transform and improve their buildings through world leading technology and automation.  

As one of the largest HVAC-R service providers in Canada and the USA, we have built solid reputable relationships with manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors.  These relationships have enabled us to negotiate and obtain better pricing on some products, in which we pass those savings off to our Clients.
